About TRUFAST

The TRUFAST Corporation was founded in 1981 in Northwest (Bryan) Ohio and began manufacturing a "better-performing" commercial roofing fastener for low slope roofing systems under the TRUFAST brand. In addition to commercial roofing fasteners and accessories, the TRUFAST product line has grown to include engineered fastening solutions for Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and Nail Base Panels, Log Home and Timber Frame construction, and Foundry Screws. The company is also a national distributor of Dow Adhesives and Sealants, including INSTA STIK™ Quik Set Commercial Roofing Adhesive and FROTH-PAK™ Polyurethane Foam Sealant.

TRUFAST® products are 100% American made at the ISO 9001:2008 certified ALTENLOH, BRINCK & CO Group (ABC U.S.) complex in Bryan, OH, which acquired the equity interest and on-going operations of TRUFAST, LLC in December, 2005. ABC U.S. also manufactures the German SPAX® brand of construction fasteners that are sold through leading home improvement centers across the U.S.

According to ABC U.S. President & CEO, Brian Roth, "the keys to the TRUFAST success have been the commitment on behalf of the shareholders to reinvest in more efficient, higher-productivity equipment and the ability of our people to manage the new technology. The end result is consistent quality and improved throughput, so that our customers are assured of the performance they expect and product availability when they need it. But more than anything else, customers choose to do business with us because of the level of trust, outstanding service, and support from our people". As part of the ALTENLOH, BRINCK & CO Group ABC U.S. is firmly positioned as a major provider of innovative fastening solutions to North American construction markets and offers significant growth opportunities for the TRUFAST brand in Europe and other global markets.
